• Off Peak

    Basically your daytime membership, but with the benefit of an early start. Choose this if you can train between 5am-5pm only

  • No Peak

    Take the day training, add in the benefit of late and overnight and you have our No peak. This membership is for those that may want overnight or daytime. You cannot train in the "peak" time which is between 5pm-8pm....so if you can avoid that this is for you.

  • 24 Hours

    Our all access, all time membership for the gym. If you absolutely HAVE to train between 5pm-8pm or want that flexibility to be able to, then this is the only gym only membership for you.

  • Unlimited Classes

    For unlimited classes and gym you will need this membership. This is the only membership that includes our classes.

  • Class Pass

    We offer Drop ins for classes but for those that want to get a discount without the extra of the gym then a class pass is for you. Buying 5x classes at a time to book at your leisure to be redeemed in 60 days.

  • Classes Only

    For those that dont want to combine gym and classes unlimited but just need the unlimited option of classes. Your fob will allow you access 15 minutes before your class starts, if an instructor is away/sick we will replace the class with gym access.

2025 we launched our classes, Pilates, HIIT, Kettlebells, Boxing circuits and Yoga! We follow the same ethos in our studio as our gym. We won't compromise on quality so they equally arent overcrowded and we have some of the best local instructors in their styles

If you don't want any commitment we offer drop rates, If you want to save some money we offer class passes of 5x sessions alternatively make the most of unlimited classes and 24 hour gym for the best value for money.

Drop in credits have 30 days to redeem, Class passes 60 days while Unlimited is a rolling DD/Annual with a one month payments cancellation for the monthly.

I have been in the industry since 2003 and personal training since November 2006. I started in a local gym in my hometown from there they sent me on basic courses. I then got moved to another site within the chain for progression and to help out, later becoming the acting manager for 6 months of a gym in High Wycombe up until I left to pursue solely a personal training career. Creating my original brand PT-ME this developed and grew to having multiple trainers and two sites. Fast forward to now and PT-ME still exists in its own form with the studio in Widmer End. However i came to the realisation what i wanted to create was different, understanding the gym didnt suit this brand i decided to rebrand 2018 to what you see now The Gym Joint. The Gym Joint was formed to be able to bridge the gap between a results based training methodology with a gym you can go to on your own and not have personal training but still get the support and community aspect to feel you belong and can achieve anything!  

As of 2018 i decided to hang up my personal training top and focus on my members and growing the business. I take select projects on but this is few and far between as i can help more people see amazing results through the systems and environment we have created at The Gym Joint. 99% of the results you see have been achieved by online training! If you don't need your hand held in the gym but can communicate, use an app and film exercises to upload online training in my opinion will give far more value that one or two hours face to face a week. Nicole Sturgess

As a working mum of 3, I can relate and understand only too well the struggles of finding the time to fit everything in. With my help this is something that can definitely be achieved!

My passion for fitness is what helped to shape my career as a Nutritionist and fitness coach. Through this and my own experiences I help females reach their fitness, nutrition and weight management goals.

When it comes to nutrition I believe in sustainability over all else! Sure, there are great "12-week programs, 1-month challenges, 90-day transformations", but by the end of the day, when you finish that, what's next? Another 12-week program? When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. 

My methods of using both exercise and nutrition help my ladies maximise their progress and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment.

Cam Sinclair

Started working in a gym when I was 16 after getting an apprenticeship. Became a fully qualified level 2 and 3 personal trainer two years after that. Nearly 10 years later and I've worked with a huge array of clients, ranging from 13-80 years of age, all with differences in goals. This industry is something I've given my all to everyday, constantly trying to progress by learning and gaining more experience. Bodybuilding and the process that it encompasses is something that I'm utterly obsessed with.
